- Indoors or outdoors, in your living room or community room...you
choose your comfort zone.
- Use your equipment or I'll bring my high-end, portable strength and
fitness training equipment at no extra charge.
2. One-on-one personal training
at our
studio in
Port Sydney
Prefer
to workout in a professional training studio, but still want privacy?
You are welcome at our new 1,300-square-foot personal training studio
in Port Sydney. By appointment, we offer one-on-one, private 30-minute
sessions for up to two people at a time.
3. Group fitness
training for
older adults
Focus
on fun and fitness with our age-appropriate workouts in your home,
retirement home or almost any other environment you choose. Bringing in
fitness equipment is part of our service.
4. Corporate group fitness training
Engergize
your team! We offer fitness training where you operate your business.
Each session is designed in consultation with your employees to meet
the specific needs.
5. Boot
camps
Gasping
for air from hard work or laughter? Both answers are right when you
join these early-morning works that challenge body and soul.
