Contact me to arrange a free consultation. After we have discussed your
health and fitness goals we follow up with a three-part
physical assessment.
- The paperwork - You'll read, fill out and
sign
some forms, such as a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
- The fitness assessment - These physical
exercises test your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility.
They are not too difficult, so you should feel comfortable at all times.
- The results - The first two parts help me
determine your current level of fitness which is the basis for
discussing and setting your fitness goals.
With your current fitness level and goals in hand, I will design a safe
and effective exercise program just for you. On your first day of
training, I will guide you through your program, modifying it as
required. My primary task is to motivate and encourage you with
flexibility and patience to ensure you achieve your fitness goals.
Before we end the Free Consultation we demonstrate a number of exercise machines and let you experience a regular workout.
