  • I will bring my personal training services and high-end, portable strength and fitness training equipment to you - or we could work with your equipment.
  • An exercise program should fit you, not the other way around! We'll work together to develop realistic goals that suit you. From that, I will design a training program geared to your specific needs.
  • As your personal trainer, I will help your remain focused and motivated to continue regular and consistant training. I will monitor your progress and modify the program if required to ensure you reach your health and fitness goals.

Contact me to arrange a free consultation. After we have discussed your health and fitness goals we follow up with a three-part physical assessment.

  1. The paperwork - You'll read, fill out and sign some forms, such as a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
  2. The fitness assessment - These physical exercises test your cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. They are not too difficult, so you should feel comfortable at all times.
  3. The results - The first two parts help me determine your current level of fitness which is the basis for discussing and setting your fitness goals.
With your current fitness level and goals in hand, I will design a safe and effective exercise program just for you. On your first day of training, I will guide you through your program, modifying it as required. My primary task is to motivate and encourage you with flexibility and patience to ensure you achieve your fitness goals.

Before we end the Free Consultation we demonstrate a number of exercise machines and let you experience a regular workout.
