If you prever
an outing, then for one-on-one personal training you're invited to our new studio in Port
Sydney. By appointment, We offer private, 30-minute sessions
for up to two people at a time. The custom-designed interior has
extensive strength training equipment, personal workout space, change
rooms with showers and washrooms.
In this private setting, we offer the same fitness
assessment and customized training programs as in your home. Of course,
the stationary equipment in my studio is larger and can offer more
intensity to your workout.

Similar to in-home training, contact us to arrange a free
consultation at our studio. After we have discussed your health and fitness goals we follow up with a three-part
physical assessment.
- The
paperwork - You'll read, fill out and sign some forms,
such as a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q).
- The
fitness assessment - These physical exercises test your
cardiovascular fitness, strength and flexibility. They are not
difficult, so you should feel comfortable at all times.
- The
results - The first two parts help me determine your
current level of fitness which is the basis for setting
your fitness goals.
With your current fitness level and goals in hand, we will design a safe
and effective exercise program just for you. On your first day of
training, we will guide you through your program, modifying it as
required. Our primary task is to motivate and encourage you with
flexibility and patience to ensure you achieve your fitness goals.
Before we end the Free Consultation we demonstrate a number of exercise machines and let you experience a regular workout.
