Boot Camp increases muscle strength and endurance through hard work and fun.

Can you laugh while gasping for air? You’ll find out when you join my early-morning Boot Camp.

This outdoor group training session provides an intense workout for your whole body. We combine weight exercises with obstacle courses, running and strength training…with little rest between each.

The workouts push you harder than you would on your own. They challenge both your body and your mind to build muscular strength and endurance, develop agility, stability and coordination, and boost self esteem.

The group includes six to 15 like-minded people who are determined to get the most out of each 45-to -60-minute workout. Under my direction, you will push, encourage and inspire each other, while burning calories and having fun!

Training sessions evolve and intensify over the weeks. The first sessions are thorough, but have less impact than in later weeks. This progressive approach allows your body to adapt to the increasing physical demand and to learn the proper exercise techniques.

Before we begin....

We need to chat about your personal expectations, the location, the number of sessions, and the days and hours you want to workout.

Then we have to get some tedious but important paperwork out of the way, like the Physical Activity Questionnaire (PAR-Q), the Health History Questionnaire and the Life Style Questionnaire. I need the information to learn about the current group's level of health and fitness as the basis of each workout program. We’ll also discuss safety aspects and a few "house rules".

With preparations complete…rain or shine, it’s party time!

So don't wait until it's too late to get your body back!
