Welcome to my home page! You are about to take charge of your life…and have fun doing it. My personalized workouts in the comfort of your home, residence or cottage, or in my fitness training studio in Port Sydney, will help you look and feel healthier and stronger.
This website gives information about my services as a personal trainer for all fitness levels. I’ve also included important related topics such as the relationship between health and fitness, weight loss, nutrition and fitness training.
Providing a convenient, comfortable solution to physical fitness regardless of your age, gender or physical abilities, my goals are to ensure that you:

• Feel comfortable and in control at all times;
• Strengthen muscles needed for active living and healthy aging;

Up for an outing? By appointment, I offer one-on-one, private, 30-mintue sessions for up to two people at a time. Located in Port Sydney, my new, 1,300-square-foot facility has extensive strength training equipment, personal workout space, change rooms with showers, and washrooms.

Whether you want strength building, weight loss, an overall physical improvement, or some/all of the above, your body, health and fitness levels are unique to you. That means your goals must suit your abilities and needs, and your plan and training program must be designed specifically for you.
That’s my job. I will work with you to define, prioritize and set realistic goals. From there, I will design a customized program for you. Then I will guide you through it, modifying it as required. My primary task is to motivate and encourage you with flexibility and patience to ensure you achieve your fitness goals.
